We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your appointment deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the applicable cancellation or no-show fee and cannot be transferred to a future appointment. A new deposit will be required when booking your next appointment.
This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another patient. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of our providers' time.

Maria Hawkins Aesthetics currently accepts cash, debit/credit cards and Care Credit as forms of payment. We no longer accept checks.

While there is no clinical evidence suggesting that receiving Botox, Dysport or Filler injections is unsafe during pregnancy, our practice does not administer these services to pregnant or breastfeeding women due to lack of medical studies and limited research done in this population group.
